How it Works:

Step 1: Purchase this item and proceed to ship the malfunctioning validator to the following address (we strongly suggest you purchase tracking information):

Step 2: We will e-mail you when we have received your unit and send you a repair invoice.

Step 3: Once the invoice has been paid, we will either ship you a replacement unit of the same make and model or repair the actual unit you sent.

Step 4: Your unit will be shipped to you within 5-10 business days with tracking via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Units NOT Eligible for Repair Service

***We do not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged or vandalized. If your current unit has any of the damage listed above please do not send it in for repair. If your unit is beyond repair, please contact us about purchasing a refurbished unit.
